Multiple Drawing Sweepstakes

In May 2007, Secret Weapon began conducting a multiple drawing sweepstakes.

From our e-mail subscriber list, three names are picked at random to receive a $15 gift certificate. Sweepstake prizes are awarded each month, so check back regularly to find out if you win one of the prizes.

Rules

1. Eligibility — No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. To determine the winner of each Prize (the "Drawing") a random drawing will be conducted from among subscribers of the Secret Weapon Intel Briefing newsletter. Eligible subscribers must be a legal resident of the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding residents of Arizona, Rhode Island and Vermont.
   
   Secret Weapon Lures uses Research Randomizer, a Web-based random number generator, to pick winners’s from a numbered list of subscribers.
   
   Secret Weapon Lures employees and their immediate families, and persons living in the same household of such persons, its affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising and promotion agencies, are excluded from participating in the drawing.
   
   This sweepstakes is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
   
   
2. Drawings — Three winners will be selected on or around the 1st day of each month beginning on May 1, 2007, and continuing until the end of the promotion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible subscribers on the day of the drawing.
   
   
3. Results — Winners’ names are posted on the Secret Weapon Home Page.
   
   
4. How to Claim Prizes — Prizes must be claimed by the last day of the month in which the drawing is held. Any prizes not claimed by the last day of the month will be forfeited.
   
   To claim their prize, winners must call or send an e-mail to Secret Weapon Lures Sales.
   
   
5. Prizes — Secret Weapon Armory gift certificates valued at $15.00 each. The gift certificate can be applied to the purchase of any item in Secret Weapon’s Online Armory. Secret Weapon Lures will e-mail the gift certificate to the winners. Gift Certificates are transferable. Secret Weapon Lures is not responsible for theft or unauthorized use of the Gift Certificate.
   
   
6. Authentication — Subscription (entries) will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
   
   
7. Disqualification — If for any reason the online portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Secret Weapon Lures which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this drawing, Secret Weapon Lures reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, or modify or suspend the drawing.
   
   
8. Limitations — Secret Weapon Lures assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, communications line failure, unauthorized access to, or alteration, theft, loss or destruction of, entries. Secret Weapon Lures is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Secret Weapon Lures on account of technical problems, lost, late or misdirected mail or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to subscriber’s or any other person’ss computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials from this drawing.
   
   
9. Administration — Secret Weapon Lures reserves the right to change or update these rules at any time, without notice. Decisions of the management of Secret Weapon Lures regarding any aspect of any drawing are final.
