Gamefish really zero in on that flashing, spinning blade just above the Mustad Ultra-point, long shank, wide-gap hook. That explain why the hookup-to-strike ratio on this lure is 50% better than conventional buzzbaits.
On the strike, the spinner blade folds out of the way for an unobstructed hook set for a surer hookset. Every lure includes a 4/0 Mustad Ultra-point trailer hook rigged with plastic tubing over the eye. Use it to further increases your chance of sticking that bait-slashing bass, pike, or redfish. Available in three sizes, with or without an optional clacker blade.
New for 2013: Twin-Spin Option. Two flashing side-by-side spinner blades on either side of the hook create a shoaling minnow effect. By adjusting V-frame angle and spinner blade size, the blades can smack into each other as they spin, and the "click" and erratic flash trigger more strikes, too.
